Mandatory information to include in the email body :
- First Name & Last Name
- Company Name & Veoneer Supplier ID
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Description of the problem
Provide a detailed description of the issue, including error messages, steps to reproduce the problem and conditions when the problem occurs. You may also attach images or documents to illustrate the situation.
The Veoneer Service Desk might contact you to clarify your issue and investigate further.
